ACENDA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that provides advanced concepts, doctrine, networking integration, analysis, editorial services and exercise/experiment support to agencies and the Department of Defense.

ACENDA's president, Ronald Herndon, USN Cdr Ret, has over twenty years of active-duty Navy/Joint/Coalition experience with an additional twenty-one years as a DOD contractor working with United States Fleet Forces Command, Navy Warfare Development Center and Naval Undersea Warfare Center. ACENDA has demonstrated expertise in Naval Engineering, Operations, Communications, Joint/Coalition Senior Staff, Logistics, Management and Administration. 

ACENDA Editorial provides proofreading, copyediting, technical writing, publication, and library services of DOD, Civil and Business documents by certified and experienced personnel.
